Labrador is one of the most luxurious upholstery leathers of Pohjanmaa®. Labrador is a semi-aniline leather which has been slightly milled, while still keeping the natural texture of the leather visible on the surface.

Labrador is manufactured from extremely high-quality raw hide with very light surface treatment. We do not attempt to hide the characteristics of the leather in the various stages of the process. Labrador leather may include minor tone variations and natural patterns and marks.

Due to its thin finish, Labrador leather allows some moisture through and is more sensitive to wear, heat, spills and sweat. As such, it requires more caution in use and is more sensitive to direct contact with the skin.

Year after year, Labrador has been our best-selling leather option. In addition to the standard Labrador leather, the collection includes a magnificent glossy LUX version and a luxurious METAL version, where the surface of the leather has a vivid metallic lustre in addition to the gloss.
